Sarah Ball, BSc, MBA - Director

Sarah Ball is a marketing professional, specialising in researching corporate telecom needs, benchmarking and strategic market analysis. Sarah has over 20 years experience in ICT and telecoms research and analysis and has worked for top consultancies including PriceWaterhouseCoopers and as an Associate Director for Harris Research. Since 1992 Sarah has worked as a Director of Prodata Partners Ltd and during this time has helped the firm to succeed in bridging the gap between research and strategic consultancy. She has a high level of expertise in project managing the data collection and analysis of business customers, and converting research into tangible strategies for clients. She provides value added research and strategic advice to blue chip companies. Sarah's technology specialist areas are wide area networks, VoIP, mobile and fixed network convergence. She also specialises in business research involving interviews with SMEs as well as large corporate customers.

Sarah has presented at Market Research and ICT industry Conferences since 1992, and was winner of the ESOMAR award for the best European paper written on business market segmentation in the telecommunications sector in 2003. She also authored a best selling International Directory aimed at providing SMEs with market intelligence (Two editions published). Sarah has an MBA from the Cranfield School of Management, and has also undertaken 3 years of PhD research at Cranfield looking at market segmentation practices in the ICT industry. She also provides input as a part-time tutor on Chartered Institute of Marketing courses.

Angela Dalrymple, MA (Hons) - Director

Angela has over 25 years' experience in market strategy, research, lecturing and consultancy. Angela has held senior marketing and strategy roles in-house with organisations such as AT&T and Reuters, and with leading consulting organisations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Angela currently lectures at both undergraduate and postgraduate level with a number of higher education institutions and UK universities, as well as lecturing on Chartered Institute of Marketing courses.

Angela's specialist areas include marketing research and intelligence, marketing planning and strategy, market analysis and forecasting, segmentation, channel strategies, competitor analysis, product management, project management, global marketing, services marketing, and business-to-business marketing. Angela's specialist technology areas include business telecommunications, fixed-mobile convergence, Ethernet & high bandwidth services, CRM, VoIP, mobile broadband, inbound services, managed & professional services, next generation networking, and network security.

Angela has an MA and BA from the University of Oxford, an MBA with Distinction (MBA Student of the Year Award) from the University of Liverpool, and a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from Henley Management College. Angela is a senior member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Market Research Society, and Institute of Directors.
