Panel Market Research

Prodata has experience in recruiting and managing business and consumer research panels for our international ICT clients.

These panels are run for a number of objectives:

  • Reviewing a new product or service
  • Providing feedback on service initiatives
  • Providing feedback on web sites

Panel members can for example recruited by telephone from supplied customer sample or from external lists. We use experienced business recruiters skilled in accessing and recruiting appropriate panellists.

Respondents are usually recruited from a target audience with a specific profile agreed with the research sponsor, for example

  • Turnover/revenue/income/potential spend classification
  • Level of decision making
  • Age, gender
  • Industry sector
  • Geographic location e.g. for ease of meeting attendance if required
  • Existing vs. potential customer of the research sponsor

An initial panel of respondents is set up allowing for potential churn when considering relevant panel numbers.

Panels can be invited to participate in the following:

  • On-line questionnaires
  • Regular telephone research
  • Attendance at face to face meetings (may involve client being present)
